VARELYA HOME is an independent online retailer. We do not manufacture the outdoor furniture sold on this website and do not present supplier products as VARELYA HOME private-label goods.

Supplier and Fulfillment Partner

Our current catalog is sourced through CJ Dropshipping. Eligible orders are fulfilled from inventory held within CJ Dropshipping's United States warehouse network. VARELYA HOME remains the seller of record and the customer's point of contact for order support, refunds and approved return remedies.

Product and Brand Information

Product titles, materials, dimensions, package contents, assembly information, imagery, identifiers and brand information are prepared from the documentation available from the supplier or fulfillment partner. A manufacturer or brand is identified only when information for the relevant product has been supplied and verified. VARELYA HOME does not claim to be the manufacturer, brand owner or an officially endorsed representative unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product Media

Some product photographs and videos are supplied by the supplier or fulfillment partner and are used to show the product, its components and intended setting. Screen settings, lighting and natural material variation can affect perceived color and texture.

Review and Quality Process

Before listing a product, we review the available specifications, package contents, warehouse availability and product identifiers when provided. We do not personally inspect every individual unit before dispatch and do not claim independent laboratory testing unless expressly documented.

If a customer reports damage, a defect, missing parts or an incorrect item, we request photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label and coordinate the appropriate remedy with the fulfillment partner. Depending on the verified circumstances, the remedy may include replacement parts, a replacement product, a prepaid return, carrier pickup, a partial refund or a full refund.

Packaging

Products are shipped in standard manufacturer or CJ Dropshipping fulfillment packaging. VARELYA HOME private-label packaging is not used unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
